Qualification & Experience:

  • M.Com with Ph.D. (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching/research/administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, proven leadership qualities, and excellent administrative abilities
  • Ability to manage the department independently and contribute to academic and research growth
