Teaching & Academics:
Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in core Food Technology subjects such as:
- Food Processing & Preservation
- Food Microbiology
- Food Chemistry
- Food Packaging
- Dairy Technology
- Food Safety & Quality Control
Skill set required:
2–5 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, especially in roles related to:
- Product Development
- Food Quality Control
- Regulatory Affairs (e.g., FSSAI compliance)
- Food Packaging
- R&D labs (CFTRI, NIFTEM, ICAR, etc.)
