Job Title/Designation: Principal, Teaching Staff (KG, PRT, TGT, PGT)

Principal:

• Postgraduate with B.Ed. (CBSE background preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Coordinator in a CBSE school
• Strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills
• Proven record in academic excellence and team management

1. Teaching Staff (KG, PRT, TGT, PGT)

• Kindergarten Teachers (Montessori-trained)
• Primary Teachers (PRT)
• Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)
• Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)

2. Subjects Available:

• Tamil
• English
• Mathematics
• Science (Physics, Biology)
• Social Science

3. Key Responsibilities: For KG Montessori Teachers:

• Implement Montessori curriculum and learning materials.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage independent learning and development through activity-based teaching.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress regularly.
• Engage in regular communication with parents to discuss student development.

For PRT (Classes I–V):

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.
• Use interactive and child-centered teaching techniques.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
• Prepare and assess lesson plans, assignments, and student progress.

For TGT & PGT (Classes VI–X):

• Teach respective subject(s) as per CBSE syllabus.

4. Desired Qualifications & Skills: KG (Montessori):

• Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject + B.Ed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching middle school preferred.
