Job Title/Designation: Resident Assistant (Boys/ Girls)

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of hostel management, student welfare, and safety regulations.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hostel administration, student welfare, or related roles.
• Experience in assisting hostel operations, student supervision, and coordination of mess and housekeeping services is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resident Manager in the day-to-day management of hostel operations.
• Monitor student attendance, discipline, and overall conduct within the hostel premises.
• Support housekeeping, mess, and maintenance activities to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
• Promote student engagement, well-being, and safety under the guidance of the Resident Manager.
• Coordinate with administrative and maintenance teams for smooth functioning of hostel facilities.

Preference:

• Candidates with prior experience in university or college hostels or residential educational institutions.
• Individuals with a background in counselling, student mentoring, or disciplinary supervision.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can reside on campus and handle round-the-clock hostel responsibilities.
• Candidates demonstrating empathy, patience, and a student-centric approach will be highly preferred.
