Job Title/Designation: Team Member – Placement

Qualification: Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Management, or related fields) 

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or corporate relations, consultancy –Proficiency in MS Office 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Establish contact with prospective employers through personal visits, telephonic calls, and emails based on category and corporate interest. 
2. Develop plans with well defined activities for placement 
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align placement strategies with organizational goals. 
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners. 
5. Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, feedback, and placement outcomes. 
6. Coordinate on–campus placements. 
7. 7. Coordinate to organize in–house placement skill workshops

Candidate Profile: 

We’re seeking a proactive and results–driven Team Member – Placement to establish and maintain relationships with prospective employers, develop strategic placement plans, and drive placement activities for our students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network of corporate contacts, and experience in placement or recruitment.
