Essential Qualifications: M.Sc/ M.Tech. in Physics/ Applied Physics/ Chemistry/Applied Chemistry /Electronics/Material Science /Nanotechnology/Energy Sc. & Technology/Chemical Engineering with National Eligibility Test (NET/GATE in the relevant subject - POST-DOCTORAL FELLOW (PDF)/RESEARCH ASSOCHATE (RA)
Essential Qualifications (as per MNRE Norms): Ph.D. in Physics/ Applied Physics/ Chemistry/Applied Chemistry /Electronics/Material Science Nanotechnology/Energy Se. & Technology/Chemical Engineering with M.Sc./M.Tech. in Physics/ Applied Physics/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry /Electronics/Material Science Nanotechnology/Energy Se. & Technology/Chemical Engineering at least 55% or equivalent grade. The candidate applying for Post Doctoral Fellow/Research Associateship must have at least one research publication in standard refereed journal as listed in Journal Citation Reports (JCR)

Pay Scale:
- Post-Doctoral Fellow/Research Associate- Rs.47,000/-per month with HRA (as per Govt. rules)
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF)- Rs.31,000/-per month with HRA (as per Govt. rules)
