Chanakya University is on the lookout for a dynamic and committed HR Manager to join our growing team. This is a leadership role that calls for an experienced professional who can independently run all HR functions and contribute to the University’s people strategy.
Important: The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to or live near the Devanahalli campus of Chanakya University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal HR requirements.
- Lead and coordinate hiring and staffing activities across academic and non-academic roles. • Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) and support career progression frameworks. • Manage payroll process and statutory compliances.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant workplace. • Oversee training and development programs aligned with institutional goals. • Manage exit formalities and separation processes.
- Operate all HR functions efficiently, ensuring timely and seamless execution of policies and processes.
