Hiring Regional Placement Officer

Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled person for placement related initiatives and activities. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase student performance towards job opportunities and higher studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract employers and promote placement services.
• Maintain relationships with companies, recruiting firms and other organizations to identify job openings and internships.
• Help individuals assess their skills and interests to match them with appropriate opportunities.
• Organize and manage career fairs, campus recruitment drives and other events to connect candidates with employers.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance job search skills, aptitude testing and interview preparation.
• Serve as a central point of contact between students, alumni, faculty and employers.

Qualification: Ph.D. /Masters Degree in Relevant Area

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as HR manager/placement officer

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
