Accredited by NBA, the institute offers a two years’ fully residential MBA and MCA programme approved by the AICTE and is affiliated to the University of Calicut. LEAD College focuses on imparting value-based education in business management and computer applications and provides need-based training, research and consultancy. The primary goal of the institution is to Mold the students into globally competent and socially committed managers and technopreneurs.

Job Title: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor

Departments: MCA

Qualifications for all positions: As per the AICTE norms:

  • Master’s degree (MCA/M.Tech./M.S./M.E.) in the relevant discipline with First Class.
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology or relevant discipline will be considered as an additional qualification.

Experience: 3 years teaching in AICTE approved institutions or industry preferred. Publications in UGC approved national and international journals are preferred for all positions.

Salary: Salary at par with Industry Standards

Age: 25 years – 45 years

  • Hardworking and committed to develop our students as competent managers with good leadership quality.
  • Should have sound knowledge in their respective field.
  • Willing to work in a team environment.
  • Stay in the College Hostel is compulsory.
