Assistant professor: The candidate must possess a Ph.D. with minimum teaching experience.

- GITAM (Deemed to be University) invites applications for a full-time position at the rank of Assistant Professor in International Business. We are seeking a scholar with expertise in global business environments, cross-cultural management, international strategy, or global market entry. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to high-quality teaching, impactful research, and active service to the department and broader academic community.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in International Business, Global Strategy, Cross-Cultural Management, International Trade, and related subjects.
- Supervise thesis, capstone projects, and internships of students in international business or related fields.
- Develop new courses and update existing curriculum to align with global business
- Develop and update course materials to reflect current trends and best practices in International Business.
- The faculty is expected to publish in Scopus indexed/Web of Science journals.
- Additionally, Faculty typically reports to a department head. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field.
- Faculty may offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.
- Typically, this individual is a leader in the field and has been published.
