College Profile:

The Mysore Education Society (MES) was registered in 1958. In its infant stages the MES was housed in a small dwelling, Anandashram, which recalled the ancient Guru Kula with a good rapport between the small number of students and their teachers. From this humble beginning the college has grown gradually into a full-fledged educational institution.

Building a strong academic culture has always been a core value for MES. Its aim has been to provide value based education at affordable cost and to strive for the cultural development of the students. The college celebrated its Silver Jubilee in 1982 and Golden Jubilee in 2006. Qualification:

Chief Executive Officer

• Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Arts / Commerce / Science / Technology. Proven track record in academic administration with leadership responsibilities. Age: Below 60 years.

Principal

• Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or allied disciplines, with a consistently good academic record.
• Experience: At least 15 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized institution of higher education, with a minimum of 10 years in leadership/ administrative roles such as HOD), Vice-Principal, Dean, or equivalent.
• Research & Academic Credentials: Significant publications in peer-reviewed journals. participation in national/International conferences. and experience in securing research grants will be an added advantage. Age: Below 60 years al the time of application.

Placement Officer

Education Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management / Commerce / Science / Arts or related field. 5-10 years of experience in placement coordination / career services. Age: Below 45 years. Strong communication, ICT and networking Skill.

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
• The candidate should have excellent communication
• The candidate should have good research record
