Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or related fields. First Class in all qualifying Degrees with a Consistent academic record.
- Relevant Certification(Preferred):CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, Microsoft Certified: Linux Administrator, compTIA Network+/Security+.
Experience:
- Senior Admin: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level network/system administrator.
- Junior Admin: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing institutional IT infrastructure.
- Technician: 1-2 years of experience in hardware/software troubleshooting and support.
- Supervisor: Proven track record in managing daily Administrative operations, team coordination, and vendor interaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Professionals capable of driving innovation in IT infrastructure and digital transformation
- Candidates with experience in setting up and maintaining secure, scalable networks.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
- Experience with server management(Windows/Linux), virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with hardware/software interfacing and system diagnostics.
- Excellent Communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage IT Assets, documentation, and compliance audits.
