Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Project Title: Unveiling the Role of Glycocalyx in Red Blood Cell Movement under Electric
Field: Vision for an Affordable and Sustainable Technique (VAST) for Early Preeclampsia Detection
Department: Department of Mechanical Engineering
Duration: Three (03) years (extension based on performance review every 12 months)
Essential Qualification:
- B.E./ B. Tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
- GATE qualification.
- M.E./ M. Tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
Desirable Experience:
- Basic knowledge in Fluid Mechanics.
- Prior knowledge of Experimental Micro fluidics, Blood flow Dynamics, Computational fluid dynamics is advantageous but not mandatory.
Job Location: Silchar, Assam
Salary: Rs.37,000/- p.m. for first two years (JRF); 42000/- p.m. for third year (SRF). HRA @10% if Institute Accommodation is not provided.
