QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTS
- Assistant Professor: B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 5 years of teaching/research experience post-Master’s.
- Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years at Associate Professor level.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MBA DEPARTMENT
- MBA, Ph.D. as per AICTE 2019 regulations is mandatory.
- Specialization: Finance / Analytics/ Operation Research / Statistics
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PHYSICS , CHEMISTRY AND MATHEMATICS DEPARTMENTS
- Physics/Chemistry:
- M.Sc. in Physics / Chemistry (with First Class or equivalent)
- Preferable: NET / SLET / Ph.D. as per UGC norms
- Mathematics:
- M.Sc. in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics (with First Class or equivalent)
- Preferable: NET / SLET / Ph.D.
Experience:
- Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience in the field.
- Experience with outcome-based education (OBE) and NAAC/NBA documentation is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- The candidate should have a good research record.
- Strong command over subject area and communication skills.
- Proficiency in research tools, coding platforms, or hardware as per domain.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
- Familiarity with AICTE/VTU norms and digital teaching platforms.
