Job Title/Designation: President
The President being BSDU’s academic as well as administrative head, is expected to conform to the following expectations:
- Advancing BSDU’s vision, strategic goals, mission and core objectives as outlined on the BSDU Website https://ruj-bsdu.in/about-us.
- Building strong industry linkages and academic partnerships, promoting applied research, innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Fostering an inclusive, collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven senior leadership in higher education, skill development or related sectors.
- Minimum 10 years as Professor in an University or equivalent experience in reputed academic/research institutions.
- Preferably under 60 years of age (maximum 65 at time of application).
- Deep understanding of future-of-work technologies and systems.
- Strong engagement with industry, government and academia.
- Commitment to skills education and vocational training.
