Job Title/Designation: DIRECTOR
Qualifications: (As per AICTE norms)
- Ph.D. degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university.
- First Class in Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/industry experience in an academic/research position, of which at least 3 years should be in an administrative experience in the level of Professor / equivalent pay level and other requirements as per AICTE norms.
- Proven record of academic leadership, institution-building, and innovation in higher education.
Candidate Profile:
- A visionary leader with deep commitment to academic excellence, student development, and institutional growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, faculty, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in NBA/NAAC accreditation, curriculum development, faculty development, and R&D initiatives.
- Adept in strategic planning, policy formulation, and execution with a result-oriented approach.
- Exposure to industry collaborations, placements, and academic tie-ups with national/international institutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance related to AICTE.
