Accredited by NBA, the institute offers a two years’ fully residential MBA and MCA programme approved by the AICTE and is affiliated to the University of Calicut. LEAD College of Management focuses on imparting value-based education in business management and computer applications and provides need-based training, research and consultancy. The primary goal of the institution is to Mold the students into globally competent and socially committed managers and technopreneurs.

Qualifications for all positions: As per AICTE norms:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology or relevant discipline preferred.
• Master’s degree (MCA/M.Tech./M.S./M.E.) in the relevant discipline with First Class.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of teaching experience in recognized institutions, including at least 3 years as Head of Department (HOD).
• Preferably 3 years of Industrial experience in a relevant field.
• Proven academic and administrative leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 research publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals

Salary: Salary at par with Industry Standards

Age: 35 years – 45 years
