Departments/Programs Overseen:
- Vocational Qualifications (Engineering, Health & Safety, Business)
- International Diplomas & Certifications
- Foundation and Bridging Programs
- Industry and Corporate Training
Qualification:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Education, Academic Leadership, or relevant field.
- Proven academic and administrative experience in higher education institutions or vocational training institutes.
- Strong knowledge of academic accreditation processes and education regulatory frameworks.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in academic leadership or educational management.
- Proven ability to manage faculty, curriculum, quality assurance, and academic operations.
- Track record of improving academic outcomes, accreditation success, and student engagement.
Candidate Profile:
- Visionary leader with a strategic approach to academic planning and curriculum development.
- Strong interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
- Able to foster innovation in teaching, including the integration of digital tools and online learning platforms.
- Experience managing audits, inspections, and academic compliance.
