Qualification: Education: Must possess a Ph.D. from a premium institution in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
Experience: Seeking an experienced MBA Course Director with a minimum of 15 years in academia, including curriculum planning, faculty coordination, and research leadership.
- Demonstrated excellence in academic communication and classroom engagement.
- Proven ability to collaborate with faculty, students, and academic leadership.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage curriculum, research, and academic operations.
- Awareness of emerging trends in management education and global business environments.
Experience:
- A strong academic track record with proven research contributions and publications in reputed journals is essential.
- Minimum 15 years of teaching experience in management subjects, with involvement in curriculum development and academic coordination.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a senior academic leadership position such as Dean, Director, or Head of Department.
- Experience in handling regulatory compliance and accreditation processes such as AICTE, NBA, NAAC, and university affiliation procedures is mandatory.
Candidate Profile:
- Provide strategic leadership for the MBA program, ensuring academic excellence and continuous quality enhancement.
- Develop and implement a future-ready curriculum integrating contemporary themes such as AI, analytics, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and global business.
- Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives.
- Foster a strong research culture by promoting faculty and student research, publications, and consultancy projects.
- Build partnerships with industry to facilitate internships, placements, live projects, guest lectures.
- Enhance student engagement and success through mentoring, career guidance, academic support, and extracurricular development.
- Oversee the admissions process, marketing strategies, and institutional branding to attract quality students and faculty.
- Ensure compliance with AICTE, university regulations, and accreditation standards; lead documentation for NAAC/NBA processes.
- Promote alumni relations and leverage their networks for institutional development, funding, and placements.
- Supervise administrative functions including budget management, academic scheduling, examinations, discipline, and grievance redressal.
