Job Description – Lecturer (Robotics & Semiconductor)
Position: Lecturer Grade 2
Qualification: & Experience:
- M.Tech + 0–5 years
Compensation: 8 to 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions in Robotics and Semiconductor domains.
- Design, update, and implement innovative curriculum aligned with industry and academic standards.
- Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and project-based learning.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance practical learning.
- Contribute to research, publications, and collaboration with industry partners.
- Support departmental activities, accreditation processes, and institutional development.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Robotics (automation, control systems, mechatronics, sensors, AI integration).
- Expertise in Semiconductor devices, fabrication, VLSI, microelectronics, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in relevant simulation and design tools (MATLAB, LabVIEW, CAD, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering innovation.
