Job Summary:
The Chennai Amirta Group of Institutions is seeking experienced and dedicated Hotel Management faculty to contribute to the academic excellence of our programs. • Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with significant industry experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Prior teaching experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively use technology in the classroom.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in the specified area of specialization.
• Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and practical
assessments.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs.
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
