Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
– Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
– Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
– Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
– Provide administrative support to the management team.
– Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any field.
– 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a related role.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
– Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
