Position: Dean, Research & Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Research & Development department.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation through research.
• Develop and implement research policies, programs, and initiatives.
• Having a good experience of handling sponsored major projects.
• Secure funding and enhance partnerships with industries, government, and international organizations.
• Promote interdisciplinary research and collaboration among faculty and students.
• Oversee the planning and execution of major research projects.

Qualification & Experience:

• An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree preferably in the field of Engineering or Science
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the role of Professor.
• Demonstrated experience in research leadership and administration.
• Proven track record of securing research funding and managing large-scale projects.
• Good number of publications in peer reviewed UGC listed journals.
• Good number of publications in Scopus, Web of Science, and SCI journals.
• H-index between 15-30 and I-index between 15-30.
• Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Position: Registrar

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee registration process, academic schedules & calendars, and maintain student records, frame academic schedules and calendars
• Coordination with departments, regulatory bodies, accrediting agencies etc.
• Implementation of strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any Master’s degree with at least 55% of the Marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale

Desirable Qualifications:

• Ph.D from a recognized university

Minimum Experience:

• At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor or 8 years as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration

Or

• 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Desirable Experience:

• At least 3 years working experience as Registrar in a reputed University

Position: Head, Admissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Oversee the admissions process from application review to enrollment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to align admissions policies with institutional goals.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment efforts and optimize yield rates.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, providing support and guidance to prospective students and their families.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain K.K University’s competitive edge.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any Master’s  Degree  (preferably MBA in Marketing)

Minimum Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in admissions or a related field within the education sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of success in driving admissions initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
