Position: EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO PRO VICE-CHANCELLOR
Job Description:
K.K University is seeking a talented Executive Secretary to Pro Vice-Chancellor, who provides comprehensive support by managing communications, schedules, and special projects. They coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Ms-Powerpoint
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Good knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to keep confidentiality in departmental activities
- Good Hindi and English language written and conversational skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree [ B.A (H) in English is preferable]
- Certificate/Diploma in Computer Software is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
