Research Position: Junior Research Fellow
Title of the project: Security Analysis of Software Systems
Sponsoring/Funding Agency: National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS), New Delhi
Department : Computer Science and Engineering
Essential Qualifications:Â
• 1. ME/M.Tech. in CS / IT or relevant discipline with at least 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks or 1st class in both BE/B.Tech./MCA/ M. Sc. (CS / IT) or equivalent, and ME/M. Tech. from a recognized Technical Institute or University
OR
BE/B.Tech in CS / IT or relevant discipline or MCA / M. Sc. (CS / IT) with CGPA of 7.0 or 65% marks.
2. In addition to the above eligibility criteria (based on B.Tech, M.Tech, etc. examinations), the following additional criteria will also be applicable:
a) A candidate should score minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks or 1st class throughout career.
b) Candidates belonging to Reserved Category (PWD/SC/ST) may be relaxed 0.5 CGP A or 5% in the +2 level.
c) The candidate should have passed Mathematics in +2 Science or Diploma.
Job Description : The JRFs have to design new techniques and develop tools for discovering known and unknown vulnerabilities in open-source software based on C, C++,JavaScript, Python, etc.
Stipend:Â Rs. 37,000 for first two years Rs 42,000/- per month first third years
