Associate Professor 

• A Doctorate in a relevant discipline from reputed Indian or global institution, followed by post- doctoral work in a world class university – also significant accomplishments in breakthrough research and innovation. 
• Peer recognition in terms of top awards and honours, election to top academies including a significant international component will be given weightage. 
• Passion for transformative teaching and thoughtful mentoring of students/scholars. 

Professor 

• A Doctorate in a relevant discipline from reputed Indian or global institution. Demonstrated accomplishments as a transformative educator, thoughtful mentor and an inspiring leader. 
• Outstanding record of original and innovative cutting–edge research in frontier areas – with the leadership having been recognised by top honours, awards, election to prestigious academies. Strong evidence that the candidate can make substantial contributions to the institute, the profession, and the Indian society. 

Professor of Practice 

• An exceptional industry practitioner in the respective sector and willing to take a full–time faculty role at Jio Institute. 
• Atleast fifteen years of relevant experience in the Industry; three years in leadership position and global experience are preferred. 
• Post–graduate in relevant discipline from reputed Indian or global institution.
