Title of the project: Circular Food Processing: Harnessing Microwave and Extrusion Technology for Development of Nutrient-Dense Food and Feed Products from Agricultural and Livestock Residues.

Essential Qualifications:
• M. Tech. In Food Process Engineering/ Post Harvest Engineering/ Agricultural process Engineering/ Food Technology and other relevant allied specialization with minimum CGPA of 6.5/10.0 (or 60% aggregate) at both M.tech and B.tech levels.
Desirable Qualifications:
- GATE/NET score in relevant branch
Job Description : Research work (to develop microwave assisted extruder and development of nutrient-dense food and feed products) with a scope to register for PH.D at NIT Rourkela as per norms.
Stipend: Rs 42,000/- per month first two years
