Job Title/Designation: Program Advisor
Departments have vacancies:
- Admissions
Qualification: Graduate.
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience. Understanding of higher education vertical will be an added advantage.
Specialization Required:
- Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approaches.
- To be a positive student role model, encouraging young people to consider Vinayaka Mission’s Law School as a viable and attractive option.
- Having a firm understanding of the products or services the institute provides
- To promote the university internally using an array of online social media and cooperating with the digital team.
- Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations.
Candidate Profile:
- Office work in Admissions, including data entry, emailing prospective students, writing postcards, phoning, etc.
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, following up on inquiries and database.
- Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, and course details
- Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled.
- Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement.
- Daily report to senior for your tasks ongoing and other future updates.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Languages Requirement: English and Hindi. (Tamil will be an advantage)
