Prince Shri Venkateshwara Padmavathy Engineering College – An Autonomous Institution is promoted by the Prince Educational Society in 2001.

Qualification: M.E/M.Tech/Ph.D.

| PROFESSOR | Ph.D. with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level or both in the appropriate branch of Engg./Tech. | Minimum of 10 years of experience in Teaching / Research / Industry out of which at least 3 years shall be a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor. |

| At least total 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of Journals and at least 2 sucessful Ph.D. guided as supervisor / co-supervisor till the date of eligibility of promotion |
Desirable Skills:
- Should have got research funding from govt agencies.
- Proven experience in conducting international conferences/ FDP/ Workshops.
- Proven experience to lead a team of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Proven experience in NAAC, NBA.
- Should have sound knowledge in their respective field and be ready to give a 15-minute presentation on any topic, if selected for an interview.
- Willing to work in a team environment
