Job Title 1: Research Associate

Department: Bioinformatics

Project Title: Development of a database for authentication of medicinal plants abundance in the protected forests of Mizoram

Funding Agency: DBT-NER

Essential Qualifications: Ph.D in Botany/Bioinformatics

Desirable Qualification: The candidates are preferred with minimum two years experience in Systems Pharmacology field

Fellowship:

  • Rs. 47, 000/- per month plus 16% HRA for first two years
  • Rs. 49, 000/- per month plus 16% HRA for third year

Job Title 2: Research Assistant

Duration: 3 Years

Essential Qualification: M. Sc. Bioinformatics/Life Sciences

Fellowship: Rs. 16, 000/- per month

Job Title 3: Student intern

Duration: 6 months

Essential Qualification: Final year B.Sc/Integrated M.Sc (3rd year) in Bioinformatics/Life
Sciences

Fellowship: Rs. 4, 000/- per month

Candidate Profile:

  • The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication
  • Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
  • The candidate should have good research record
