Essential Qualifications: BE / B.Tech / ME / MTech / MSc in the relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks. The School will conduct a written test and interview; however, applicants with a valid GATE score will be exempted from the written test.

Project Duration: 4-5 years
Stipend:
- A 100% tuition waiver will be given to all full-time doctoral students.
- Merit-based University Assistantship in the form of a full tuition waiver and a monthly stipend is provided to candidates.
- Other avenues of financial support include teaching assistantships of the School or fellowships from sponsored research projects.
