Qualification: Any UG and PG degree or preferably MBA degree with specialized in Human Resources and Marketing skills.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in reputed engineering college

Roles and Responsibilities

• Having good contacts in IT/ITES companies for recruitment of students especially in core companies.
• Searching of Companies and making tie ups with the companies to place students will be the main responsibility of the candidate.
• Should have proven track record of Placement in reputed institutions.
• Experience in placing Technical Graduates with higher salary package
• Provide career support services to students, information and guidance of job openings, job market trends, and work habits including appropriate dress code, preparing resumes, and interviewing skills.

• Candidate must have hands on experience for national and international placements
• Candidate must be able to promote executive education, consultancies and trainings
• Manage data-base of different companies known to the institute, names of the concerned people, their contact details, etc.
• Candidate shall organize HR meets, events to promote corporate networking
• Candidates shall be responsible for academic collaborations
• Forming placement team with the students who would reach out to new companies
• Networking and maintaining healthy relationships with the Alumni
• Maintain progress report and healthy relationship with employers
• All the documentation as required by different statutory and accreditation bodies

Candidate Profile:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Good networking Skills
• Strong communication skills(verbal and written)
• Familiarity with MS office tools
• Must be patient and pay attention to details
