Qualification:
- Essential: Candidate must have Master degree in Mechanical/ Thermal/ Production/ Polymer Science Engineering or equivalent with 1st division both at graduate and post-graduate level from a recognized university/ Institute.
- Desirable: Candidates are expected to perform experiments and have a good mathematical ability as well as sound knowledge of computer programming.
Duration of JRF Position: 3 years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier, However, after every year, the progress of the candidate will be reviewed for further extension. The selected candidate will be encouraged to apply for the Ph.D. program of IITRAM as per the available guidelines

Research Fellowship:
- Rs. 25,000/- per month* + HRA as per Institute Norms (for GATE qualified candidates with valid GATE score)
- Rs. 18,720/- per month* + HRA as per Institute Norms (for Non-GATE Candidates)
