Title of the Project: Locking & mutual synchronization of spin-torque oscillators by magneto elastic coupling

Essential Qualification:
- BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum of 70% marks and Gate score in electronics & communication stream or
- GATE qualified ME/MTech/MS in Microelectronics &VLSI (device background) with a minimum of 70% marks or
- GATE/NET qualified MSc Physics candidates with electronics/nanotechnology specialization & minimum of 70% mark
Consolidated monthly Salary: Rs. 31,000 + HRA per month

Tenure of Assignment: 1 year with a possible extension of one more year subject to satisfactory
Desired Experience:
- Fabrication of devices using thin film deposition & lithography techniques
- Exposure to the field of spintronics will be an added advantage
Nature of the Work: The project involves the fabrication & characterization of magnetic tunnel junction devices for oscillator applications
