Project Title: Poly-Glutamine Peptides Aggregation of Neurodegenerative Spinocerebellar Ataxias: Mechanistic Investigation towards Developing Inhibitors
Project Sponsored by: Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Government of India, New Delhi.
Duration: Two Months
Monthly assistantship: Rs. 5,000/- per month
Qualifications: Student currently studying I M.Sc. (2nd semester) in Chemistry/ Biophysics/ Biotechnology /Life Sciences/ Bioinformatics (with a minimum of 7.0 /10 CGPA / 70%). Student currently studying III year B.E. / B.Tech in Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering / Computer Science (with a minimum of 7.0 /10 CGPA / 70%). Candidate who has expertise in python/ pytorch programming is preferred.
