Job Title: Webmaster
Qualifications: BE / B. Tech degree or MCA
Experience:
- Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience managing large websites, portals and web applications. Education industry desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:

- One or more programming languages such as Java, PHP etc.
- Content Management Systems like Drupal, Joomla, Moodle, WordPress. Experience in ADOBE AEM would be an added advantage.
- Digital marketing practices and tools, SEO, SEM
- WEB SERVERS – Apache, IIS.
- Databases such as MS_SQL Server, ORACLE, MYSQL
- Working knowledge of Cloud, Enterprise Web applications and open-source technologies. Familiar with creating and reviewing low level design documents.

Key responsibilities:
- Execute projects as per plan, prioritize, deliver on-time, within scope and budget.
- Define SOPs for new requirements, change request, SLA based support, content updates across all institutions/departments, approvals/workflows.
- Marketing and application automation, digital marketing functions.
- Content authoring and training support
- QA/QC
- Deployments and maintenance.
- Maintain SLAs as agreed with the University/Institution stakeholders.
- Conducting periodic reviews of projects and support the internal and external stakeholders, to ensure delivery performance and compliance.
- Security, risk and compliance management. Create risk mitigation plans and execute.
- Manage partner deliveries, SLA, site uptimes and performance.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders & digital coordinators to manage the content freshness and accuracy across all institutions.
