Job Position: Field Assistants
Title of the Project:
- Understanding electrical signals in Alternanthera philoxeroides – physiological and ecological aspects
- Green synthesis of nanoparticle in plant ethanol extracts and application in various experimental and field model systems
Qualification(For all projects):
- Essential: Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Desirable:
(a) Experience (3-4 years) in collection of plant samples in the field and related lab work;
(b) Basic knowledge of computer applications;
(c) Experience in handling nano- material (Project 2)
Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Pay Scale(For all projects): Rs. 20000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) per month (Consolidated pay with no other allowances).
Tenure of appointment(For all projects): The duration of the appointment is initially till 31 March 2022 from the date of his/her joining the institute which may be extended later/terminated earlier based on performance and availability of the required fund. The candidate shall not have any claim for regular appointment.
