Minimum Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Communication with M.E./ M. Tech in Electrical/ Energy Systems/ Solar Energy/ Renewable Energy
Minimum Experience required: 1 year
Additional Desired Qualification: Certificate courses in related field
Additional desired experience and knowledge:
- Experience in solar energy/ overall energy sector
- Experience in project management
- Experience to handle training programs and conduct technical sessions
Skills Required:
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude
- Strong written and oral communication, excellent presentation skills
- Strong documentation and organizational skills

Job description:
- The candidate should have keen interest in the field of solar energy. The candidate will support in the following activities.
- Develop solar laboratories
- Develop curriculum for solar PV and solar thermal trainings
- Conduct technical sessions in the trainings
- Manage a training program
- Write research and project proposals
- Develop and manage project documentation
- Assist in writing and analyzing technical reports
- Assist project coordinators with coordination work
- Write research papers and publish in reputed journals
- Carry out the projects/ tasks assigned by reporting officer with professionalism
Remuneration: Upto INR 44,000/- per month
Junior Research Fellow
Minimum Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics and Communication Engineering with M.E./ M. Tech in Electrical/ Electronics and Communication/ Energy Systems (candidates passing in 2021 are eligible to apply)
Minimum Experience required: Nil (Fresher preferred)
Additional Desired Qualification: GATE qualified candidates will be preferred
Additional desired experience and knowledge:
- Knowledge of E-mobility sector
- Knowledge of simulation software related to Electric Vehicles
- Knowledge of battery storage systems and battery management systems
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MATLAB, PSIM etc.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning Techniques
- Strong written and oral communication, excellent presentation skills
