Job Title/Designation: Technical Mentors
Departments have vacancies – Criteria:
- Computer Science Dept – PG Graduate – M. Tech and ME with Computer Science only
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Passion for teaching and training
- Strong technical skills in areas such as coding, software development, or IT
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on projects
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry trends
- Client relationship management
- Relevant experience in curriculum design and instructional design is added advantage
- Experience in conducting mentorship sessions and guiding students
- Passion for helping students succeed in their tech careers
- Conduct hands-on practical training sessions to reinforce student’s technical skills.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to organize industry-relevant workshops and seminars.
- Actively engage in personal and professional development activities to keep
- students aligned with industry trends.
- Monitor and maintain data on student progress, including attendance, assessment scores, and assignment performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: M. Tech or ME in Computer Science streams, such as Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Data Science and Analytics, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Embedded Systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and demonstrated expertise in programming (C, C++, Python, Java, SQL, PHP or DSA).
Specialization Required:
M.Tech or ME Graduates (Fresher’s can also apply)
