The founder Chairman Alhaj.K.Moosa he himself is an Educationalist and philanthropist with very rich experience in the field of education, whose focus is to provide quality technical education to the socially and economically backward segment. Presently, AET is managing several schools and Engineering colleges, educating around 5000 aspirants.

1	Head of the Department	First Class or equivalent in Masters Degree in (MBA) Business Administration or equivalent and minimum 10 years of experience with any specialization	. The Ph.D. degree is desirable. Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis and waiting for Viva-Voce may also apply. All degrees should have been obtained through full-time study only. Must have a proven track record in creating exemplary business school Environment Must have strong Industry Connect Must be capable of establishing innovative academic process
2	ASSISTANT PROFESSOR	First Class or equivalent in Masters Degree in (MBA) Business Administration or equivalent and minimum 3 years relevant with Specialization in i. Finance and ii. Operations	Candidate should have Passion and Creativity Enthusiastic and Confidence Building Dedication and Positive Attitude Good communication skill Patience and Problem Solving Results Oriented Efficient Classroom Management
